Welcome to Browning PC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, services, and any interactions with Browning PC LLC. By requesting service, booking an appointment, or providing your information, you agree to these Terms.
Browning PC provides computer repair, IT support, and technology services for residential and business customers in Valdosta, Georgia and surrounding areas. Services include remote diagnostics, on-site repairs, network setup, security system installation, and helpdesk support.
When you request service or book an appointment through our website or phone, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your IT issue or service needs. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is current and accurate.
By providing your phone number and requesting service, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Browning PC regarding your service tickets. These messages may include:
Message & Data Rates: Standard SMS message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. You are responsible for any charges.
You may opt out of SMS text notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Browning PC, or by emailing ricky@browningpc.com with a request to stop. Once you opt out, we will no longer send SMS notifications regarding your service tickets, though we may still contact you by phone or email as necessary to complete your service request.

Service pricing is provided at the time of booking or upon request. Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the service process. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for services that require additional work beyond the initial estimate, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
While we strive to provide high-quality IT repair and support services, we cannot guarantee that all issues will be permanently resolved. Computer hardware and software problems may have multiple causes, and some issues may recur. Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranty of permanent results.
We strongly recommend that you back up all important data before any repair work. While our technicians exercise care with your devices, Browning PC is not responsible for data loss that may occur during repair or diagnostic work. It is your responsibility to maintain current backups of critical files.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Browning PC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Browning PC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
