A small agent goes on every computer in your office. It runs quiet in the background and never takes a day off.
Hard drives, memory, fans and temperatures report their own health. We see a drive failing weeks before it dies and swap it on a Tuesday afternoon instead of during a Monday morning panic.
Windows updates, and also Chrome, Adobe, Java, Zoom and the rest. Those are what actually get exploited, and they're the ones nobody ever updates.
Not "we installed it once." We verify on every machine that it's on, current, and hasn't been quietly disabled. If one goes dark, we know that day.
Screen takeover when you need a hand, or a script that runs in the background while you keep working. Most problems get solved before you finish describing them.

Questions we get
RMM is a small piece of software installed on every computer in your office. It reports hardware health, applies Windows and third-party updates, verifies your antivirus is actually running, runs overnight maintenance, and lets us fix most problems remotely without driving out. It comes with every Browning PC package.
One Windows or Mac computer running our monitoring agent. Servers are counted and priced separately. Phones, tablets, printers and network equipment do not count against your endpoint total.
Our packages start at $300 per month flat, covering up to 10 computers. Additional endpoints run $30 to $150 per month depending on the package. Most of the managed-IT quotes I see are priced per user, per month; our entry package works out to $30 a computer at full capacity — a flat number you can actually budget on.
Yes. A one-time onboarding fee of $95 per endpoint, with a $750 minimum, covers documenting your network, deploying agents, cleaning up what we find, and getting backups actually verified. It's waived when you prepay a year of Fortress or Ironclad.
Guardian includes one on-site visit a month, up to two hours. Fortress includes two visits a month, up to four hours total. Ironclad includes on-site visits as often as the work calls for during business hours. Watchman clients get on-site work at a discounted member rate of $85 an hour instead of our standard $100.
No — no contracts here either, same as the rest of Browning PC. Every managed plan is month-to-month at the prices shown. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice and we remove our tools cleanly. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free.
Ironclad includes a HIPAA, PCI and CMMC documentation packet, written security policies, an incident response plan, compliance log retention and an annual risk assessment. We provide the technical controls and the documentation your auditor asks for. We're not attorneys and we don't certify compliance on your behalf.

Not included at any tier: hardware and license costs, cabling and physical installs, ISP and vendor fees, data recovery from failed drives, and work caused by removing our agent or tools.
Unused hours don't roll over. They're insurance, not a punch card.
