Drives tell you they're dying weeks ahead of time, if somebody's listening. We're listening. We swap it before it takes your files with it.
Not just Windows. Chrome, Adobe, Java, Zoom — the ones nobody ever updates are the ones that let the bad stuff in.
"I have antivirus" and "my antivirus is running and current" are two different things. We check the second one, every day.
Temp files, leftovers, stuck printer jobs, disk cleanup — done at 2 a.m. That's most of what makes a computer feel old.
Photos, documents, taxes — copied off your machine automatically. If the drive dies or ransomware hits, we put it back. (Family and Whole House.)

Plans start at $25 a month for one computer, $45 for up to three, and $79 for up to five. Additional computers are $12 a month on any plan. No contract, and setup is free.
A small program runs quietly on your computer. It watches hard drive health and warns us before a drive fails, installs Windows and third-party updates automatically, verifies your antivirus is running and current, cleans things up overnight so the machine stays fast, and lets us fix most problems remotely without you carrying the computer anywhere.
On Family and Whole House, yes — photos, documents and tax records get copied off your computer automatically, and if the drive dies or ransomware hits, we restore them. Home Watch doesn't include backup; it covers monitoring, updates and antivirus.
No. Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice and we'll pull our software off cleanly. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free.
Yes, all around Valdosta and Hahira. Family includes one free house call a year, Whole House includes two. Past that, plan members pay $75 an hour instead of our standard $100 — and your plan covers the drive: no trip charge at all in the Core and Near zones, half price in the Mid zone.
Parts and hardware, new software licenses, your internet bill, and data recovery from a drive that's already failed. We'll always quote those before we touch anything.

House calls: $75/hour for plan members, $100/hour otherwise.
New computer setup & data transfer: $350 — unboxing, Windows setup, updates, your printer and Wi-Fi, and everything moved off the old machine. Whole House members get one a year included, after their first 3 months on the plan.
Pay for the year up front: two months free.
Setup is free on any plan. We come out, get everything installed, and make sure the backup actually works before we leave.
Travel: your plan pays for the drive. Free anywhere in the Core zone (Valdosta, Hahira and the rest of Lowndes County) and the Near zone (Quitman, Adel, Nashville, Madison FL) — no trip charge at all. In the Mid zone (Tifton, Moultrie, Thomasville) plan members pay half, $55 instead of $110. Non-members pay the published zone rates.
