Plans start at $25 a month for one computer, $45 for up to three, and $79 for up to five. Additional computers are $12 a month on any plan. No contract, and setup is free.
A small program runs quietly on your computer. It watches hard drive health and warns us before a drive fails, installs Windows and third-party updates automatically, verifies your antivirus is running and current, cleans things up overnight so the machine stays fast, and lets us fix most problems remotely without you carrying the computer anywhere.
On Family and Whole House, yes — photos, documents and tax records get copied off your computer automatically, and if the drive dies or ransomware hits, we restore them. Home Watch doesn't include backup; it covers monitoring, updates and antivirus.
No. Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice and we'll pull our software off cleanly. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free.
Yes, all around Valdosta and Hahira. Family includes one free house call a year, Whole House includes two. Past that, plan members pay $75 an hour instead of our standard $100.
Parts and hardware, new software licenses, your internet bill, and data recovery from a drive that's already failed. We'll always quote those before we touch anything.
